Cancellations- Orders may be cancelled/amended within 7 days on receipt of order.

Returns- Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for a refund within 1 month from the invoice date. Subject to the following conditions:

• No Special order / Clearance items will be refunded.
• Items are returned at senders cost.
• Items are unused and in their original condition.
• Damaged/Marked items WILL NOT be refunded.
• All items must be returned in original packaging.
• All items must be accompanied with the senders name, address and order reference which are all found on the invoice.

To return any items you MUST call first to obtain a returns number before returning any items.  Return items are subject to a 20% handling charge.

Shortages & Damages- Please call us with any problems with shortages or courier damage within 7 days of the despatch date printed on the picking sheet. Any shortages reported after the 7 days will incur a delivery charge.

When calling us please have your order reference number handy.  

Warranty

As there is a wide range of differing circumstances, conditions and the manner in which they may be installed and used, brake rotors/discs and brake pads are regarded as consumable items and therefore their life expectancy is considered to be a random factor.  We can offer no time or mileage guarantee on these items.  No warranty exists on any products used on track or for competition use of any kind.
