Conversions Rotors & Discs Calipers Accessories & Hardware Uprights

All Hi Spec conversions use various mounting hardware - these need to be torqued correctly when fitting to ensure safety/alignment.  The settings for these are as follows - please follow these carefully.

M6 bolts are normally the rotor to bell mounting bolts - these Must be torqued down correctly to avoid any problems with rotor alignment - failure to do this can result in rotor vibration / rotor warpage.

M10/M12 bolts are normally the fitting bolts for the bracket to caliper and bracket to the upright - please ensure that these are correctly tightened to avoid any problems and to maintain optimum performance of your Hi Spec brake conversion.  

Please make sure that these settings are followed correctly, over tightening of the bolts can strip or stretch the thread and cause serious problems with the mounting alignment.
